  • What is Included?
    All meals taken aboard (catch of the day, meat, fresh fruits and vegetables). A selection of drinks in reasonable consumption. If you have any specific wishes for beverages please let us know in advance. Fuel, gasoline, water tank supply. Dinghy with its outboard engine. Depending on the boat you choose, Twin seats kayak, Paddle boards, Snorkeling gear (always better to bring your own if you have it) Spear fishing equipment may be available Sheets and shower towels. General cleaning of the boat after the charter.
  • Payment Methods
    The payment methods we accept are; bank transfer and cash.
  • Payment Policy
    Deposit: To confirm your booking a 30% payment by wire transfer is required. 2 options for the 70% left: By wire transfer 30 days before charter starts Or in cash on the check in day on board.
  • What is not Included?
    Personal expenses Tips Personal travel insurance and third part liability insurance. Expenses incurred while not on-board the boat: For example: air and land. Transportation to the boat, local taxes, local visits, community fees, additional excursions, meals in local restaurants, etc.
  • Final Payment
    Final payment is due no later than 1 month prior to charter commencement. Balance reminders are not issued. If you fail to pay on time, the company reserves the right to cancel your charter, without refund of your deposit.
  • Prices
    Prices detailed are subject to change at any time until full payment has been received. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or omissions that may occur. We recommend that you book & pay in full as soon as possible to ensure the availability and pricing of any travel services shown.
  • Travel Documentation
    Passports, Visas and Health: You are responsible for ensuring that you possess all necessary documentation including passports and visas for your holiday. For all destinations, you should consult the appropriate consulate. All travelers must have a valid passport for international travel. Many countries require passports to be valid for 6 months beyond your stay. Visas & entry permits are required for many countries. Passports, visas & re-entry permits are the responsibility and cost of the charterer. For health enquiries call your Travelers Medical / Vaccination Centre or see your Doctor. We recommend that you check travel advisory information on your destinations.
  • Cancellation and Refund Policy
    If you cancel the charter or part of the charter the following refunds will apply: Time of cancellation Amount of the charter refunded More than 90 days before first day of charter 100% Between 89 to 60 days before first day of charter 70% Between 59 to 30 days before first day of charter 50% Between 29 to 15 days before first day of charter 30% Less than 15 days to day of charter 10%
  • Cancellation or Variation of the yacht charter
    We will do our best to provide the contracted facilities but occasionally we may have to make a significant change to your charter yacht arrangements. The arrangements are made many months in advance and it is sometimes inevitable that changes may become necessary. We reserve the right to, might this become necessary, change the chartered yacht to another type of a similar or higher standard. We will advise you or your travel agent of this at the earliest possible date. We also reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements. We will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements. If we are unable to provide an acceptable alternative, or if circumstances arise beyond our control, we may find it necessary to cancel your holiday before departure. In this case we will return in full all monies paid by you. Force Majeure: This means that we will not pay you compensation if we have to cancel or change your yacht charter or travel arrangements in any way because of war, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that may amount to force majeure. We do not accept responsibility if the fault is caused by you or any member of your party, an unconnected third party or an event which we or our supplier could not with due care have foreseen or avoided. We do not take responsibility for services provided by other land, air or sea carriers you will be using on your holiday. Our liability is limited in line with the appropriate international convention. We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to terminate without further notice the yacht charter vacation arrangements of any client who refuses to comply with the instructions or orders of the company staff, agent or other responsible person whose behavior in their opinions is likely to cause distress, damage, danger or annoyance to other customers, staff, any third party or to property. Upon such termination our responsibility for your yacht charter ceases and we shall not be liable for any extra costs incurred by you. Any client who is denied boarding on the outbound/inbound flight on the decision of the airline staff or aircraft captain shall be deemed to have given notice of cancellation on his/her booking at that moment, and cancellation charges will apply in accordance with cancellation charges above.
  • Laws of the country where you or your charter yacht is located
    No-one in your party should commit an act contrary to the laws of the country. If any such act is committed, the agreement between us will automatically terminate, but without prejudice to our rights and those of the owner of the charter yacht. You and/or your party will carry full responsibility and answer to the appropriate Authorities.
  • Travel Insurance
    It is obligatory that all members of your party have comprehensive travel insurance. By signing the charter contract you confirm that all members of your party are covered by private travel insurance. In all scenarios, Sailing trip paradise cannot be held responsible for any event occurring during the transfers to/from the vessel.
  • Yacht Charter Complaint Procedure
    We aim to provide you with the best yacht charter possible, but if a problem occurs you must report it to Sailing trip Paradise as soon as possible, or to the captain who will try to resolve it on the spot. If you fail to follow this procedure Eclectik-charter-sailing will have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate and rectify your complaint whilst you were on your yacht charter vacation and this may affect your rights under this agreement. The Charter Contract is made on the terms of the particular yacht charter Booking Conditions and is governed in all respects by the country's Law and shall submit to its jurisdiction.
  • Read and Accept the following conditions:
    I have prepared my bag myself and i do not transport any illicit product or material, weapons, drugs ... which could be the subject of a conviction or criminal prosecution in France or abroad. I am legally allowed to travel and have valid ducuments. I am able to pay my expenses myself during my trip including a return ticket to another destination in case of emergency. Have repatriation insurance or, if applicable, be responsible for my repatriation costs. Not currently under any medical treatment and not suffering from any illnesses or allergies. Otherwise, I report my medical history, treatments or illnesses (confidential information that may be made available to the emergency services if necessary) Not to be under any condemnation or subjugation by the state prohibited from leaving the territory. Be the only person responsible for myuself. The captain of the boat (Jean-Philippe Rocamora) cannot be held responsible physically, morally and / or financially for my actions or behavior on land. It is up to our tenants to take all the necessary precautions for the smooth running of their stay, in particular if they are staying with young children whom they must supervise. The tenants acknowledge that they fully release the owner's responsibility in the event of an accident occurring to themselves, their family or their guests. It is up to our tenants to take all the necessary precautions for the use of these facilities, any damaged or destroyed material will be billed to the manager. I confirm that I have read and understood the points mentioned above.
